Commercial Use
No commercial use is allowed without the express permission of the author. This Includes Minting.Intellectual Rights
By commissioning the Author you recognize that you are not entitled to any intellectual or exploitation rights of the commission, which will be kept in their entirity by The Author.Credits
On all platforms on which the commission is displayed, "Nox Nova" must be unequivocally credited as the "artist" either through a visible signature on the commission or through explicit and visible credit in the description. (Referred here as "Proper Credit Conditions")Edits

HOW TO

If an individual (referred here as "Client") is wants to commission Nox Nova (referred here as "Author"), the client contacts the Author through Email or Twitter, providing details on the illustration they envision (referred here as "commission") the author doing. Aswell as references for any character or pose they want.By Contacting the Author for a commission, the client aknowledges having read and accepted the terms of service displayed here.If the commission is accepted by the author, they will provide three sketches to use as template for the commission on a convened upon day, the author will charge an additional 5€ for any supplementary sketches.
Once the sketch has been selected the artist will sand an invoice for the total cost of the commissionOnce the payment has been made, the artist will start working on the commission and engages to send regular updates in which the client can request minor changes, such as changes to colours, expressions or tweaks to poses.Changes to a step that has been already confirmed will require the client to pay an additional fee between 5€ and 25€ to the Author's discretion.Once the work has been completed the Author will send a copy of the commission via e-mail including a description of the uses they permit.

Payment will be accepted only through PayPal, the Author will send an invoice to the account given to the client.Chargebacks
The author does not authorise any chargebacks from the client at any point. Clients asking for a chargeback will be put in a blacklist that will be shared with the community the author is part of. And will bar the client from commissioning more work from the author as well as warning other.Timeframes
The author engages themselves to complete the work within 30 days of the payment, if this deadline is not met, the client is entitled to cancel the commission in order to obtain a full refund of the commission feeEarly Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel the commission after the payment has been made, the author will charge a total of 50% of the total commission fee as cancellation fee.
